Very simple and super delicious green smoothie: a handful spinach, some pieces of a pineapple, half of an orange, 5 – 8 leaves of fresh mint and for the sweetness some half-dry dates. Tastes fresh best, but you can also prepare a larger quantity and put it into the fridge.
Tip #1: Use a bottle with a larger opening, so it's easier to refill into a glass.
Tip #2: Do not mix for too long, otherwise there will be bitter substances.
