Jain's Apple Pie

This is my favorite Apple-Pie! My whole life I wasn't that much into cake. Somehow it's always the wrong time for cake. After eating I am always so full, that there is no space for dessert, or I am hungry, and then I want something salty. But then Jain came along, with her perfect apple shortcake, and voila – there is always space!
In my grandma's house we always made these simple apple-pies, because the apple-trees carried so many apples, we didn't even know, what to do with all of them. It passed a long time, since then, but it is so great to have this great taste, that reminds me of that time in the present. 
Today I baked one, according to Jain's recipe. Now I am very curious, if my guests and I like this one!

300g flour
150 butter
1 egg
50 sugar
