Fennel is one of the vegetables I never really had on the screen. Maybe it was not processed very well, so it tasted strange to me, or my taste nerves simply changed. Nowadays I find using for it in fresh green smoothies, vegetable casseroles, soups or caramelized as a salad topping! And by the way, it's a really beautiful plant with benefits like supporting the digestion, reducing inflammations and strengthens the stomach.
