At our favourite spot on the river nearby there are many wild blackberry bushes. This weekend we had a sunny day and we decided to spend some lazy time enjoying the summer, talking and grilling some eggplants. On our way home, we collected those wonderfully dark and ripe berries, enough to fill a little paper bag. For this desert I used natural yoghurt, some honey, a little milk and some dates, almonds and chia-seeds as a topping.
